Find the oldest painting of the Lord's apostle

The oldest paintings of the apostle Andrew and John of Jesus have just been discovered in the tomb of Rome.

Fourth-century paintings were discovered in the oldest picture of St. Paul found last year, CNN cited the Church's Archaeological Committee yesterday.

They were drawn around the image of Jesus in the grave of a noble woman in Rome. Vatican experts say a St. Peter's drawing is also found in this group but it is not the oldest painting of him to date.

The image of the Lord's apostles on a deep red background unfolds after nearly two years of archaeological work. They use new laser technology to break the white limestone that covers these paintings for centuries.

The crypt above is one of 40 tombs beneath Rome. It is located in the background of an 8-storey building in the office area. The Vatican has spent about $ 74,000 on this archaeological project.
