Information charge on a B channel will be: 120 VND / minute for local communications; long-distance communication charges are calculated by the distance of PSTN networks; International call charges are calculated by PSTN call direct dial (IDD) calls; Mobile phone charges are calculated by mobile call charges from fixed PSTN subscribers.

From November 1, VNPT applied new rates for ISDN services images 1 Internet access charges by dialing via ISDN network include: installation fee, monthly subscription fee and Internet access charge on 1 channel B shall be collected according to the same type of Internet access service via PSTN.

The above information rates are applied in cases where two ISDN subscribers communicate with each other, ISDN subscribers contact fixed subscribers, fixed wireless subscribers of PSTN and are applied to both subscribers at public places and at home subscribers.

The reduction of specific rates for big customers and special customers is authorized by the General Director of VNPT to the provincial / municipal Post Offices and the Central Post Department. However, the monthly subscription fee and local telephone charges after reduction must not be lower than PSTN local telephone service charge.
