Giant mushrooms are found in Russia

China's Chinanews reported that a Russian man accidentally discovered a giant mushroom weighing up to 10kg.

Researcher Svetlana, of the Center for Plant Research at the Russian Academy of Sciences, said she had never encountered such a giant mushroom, but she had once heard of giant mushrooms. The researcher also said that the fungus is often called the 'devil mushroom' , because we don't know how it appears and loses.

The source said the fungus usually appears around August to October. We can often find this fungus in some forests, fields or pastures.

Svetlana also said that these fungi may initially be eaten, but when they turn yellow or brown, it is best not to touch them.

In July 2013, a man in China's Yunnan province also discovered a giant mushroom weighing up to 15kg. However, the giant mushroom actually consists of a cluster of mushrooms with about 100 mushroom ears attached to a stem. The measured diameter of this terrible mushroom is 93cm and is gray.
