Mr. Sai Ky Toan in Shandong Province, China on December 26 discovered on ginseng he soaked for many years in a bottle of wine suddenly appeared a bunch of blue flowers, according to Youth.

The ginseng is 21cm long, the largest diameter is 3.2cm, donated by a friend to Mr. Sai 7 years ago. He brought ginseng roots, Ganoderma and swayed into 60-degree wine bottles to replenish his body. Recently, Mr. Sai discovered that it has sprouted many green seeds, which look like flowers.

Earlier, in May, the ginseng vinegar soaked for two years by a resident of Tat Tiet City, Guizhou Province, China also suddenly blooms. According to Mr. Dieu Kien Vien, specialist of oriental medicine, this rare case can occur because at the time of immersion, ginseng plants are not dried, some cells are still alive. The large content of water in wine bottles and ginseng leaves the alcohol content diluted. In addition, wine jars may not be enclosed, causing air to penetrate. The combination of light and temperature has created a suitable environment for plant sprouts to grow.
