Greenland ice melting threatens Northeast United States and Canada

The amount of water dissolved?

To assess the impact of Greenland ice melt on ocean currents, Hu and co-authors used the Climate Change Model, a NCAR computer model that simulates global climate. They consider three situations: the speed of melting ice continues to increase by 7% a year, like in recent years, or the speed of ice has slowed down with an increase of 1 or 3% a year.
