Appearing on This Morning by ITV (UK), Dr. Chris Steele explained how each color of urine, from clear to red or green, signals something about the body.
Mr. Steele placed a series of test tubes containing urine in different colors. His first advice was to observe the color of urine during urination, instead of when they fell into the toilet, because it could be diluted in 2 liters of water. When asked if this is a bit difficult for women, the doctor who answers you can still catch urine if you are worried.
According to Cleveland Medical Center, colorless urine throughout the signaling board is drinking too much water and needs cutting;light yellow or clear yellow is normal;Dark gold is normal but you still need to drink some water soon;Yellow amber or honey yellow indicates that your body is not getting enough water and you need to drink more immediately.
According to Steele, when thinking about urine color, it is important to remember that foods, drinks and pharmaceuticals can affect it . For example, laxatives can make the urine color darker. Another example is, asparagus and coloring can turn urine into blue or green.
However, effervescent urine may be a warning sign that someone is eating too much protein and needs to cut down on this nutrient.
If urine is brown, this may be a sign of liver disease. If the urine is pink to red, it may be derived from food coloring or blood storage due to many serious illnesses such as kidney disease, tumors, urinary tract infections, prostate problems or lead poisoning.
Regarding health-related urine color chromatography, Mr. Steele said, clear urine may be a sign that a person is supplied with adequate water. Even so, it may be because the owner is taking drugs or diuretic drinks like coffee or alcohol, making them need to urinate more often.
The venerable doctor, our kidneys have two main functions: one is to remove toxins, create waste and take it out of the body; the other is the fluid balance in the body, in which liquid is obtained from eating and metabolic reactions in the body as well as loss through sweating.
Orange urine is often a sign that you do not drink enough water, but it can also cause liver or bile disease.Blue or green urine usually comes from color in food or medicine.
Dark yellow urine means more dehydration. " In the morning, you may find your urine darker in the evening. This phenomenon is because at night, you lie down doing nothing and your kidneys are actively working to refine the effects. Dark yellow urine may signal liver problems, a disease that can cause eye and skin yellowing , "Steele added.
However, the most notable urine color is pink or magenta. If a person releases red urine, it may be because they ate certain foods the night before, such as sugar beets, raspberries or rhubarb. Even so, this may be a more serious sign of kidney infection going into the bladder and urethra, or tumors or kidney stones.
Bubbling or bubbling urine may be a sign of excessive protein in the diet or kidney disease.
However, the most common cause of red urine is cystitis or urinary tract infection, which causes blood to enter the urine.
A person with dark red urine is determined to be in serious dehydration. They may be people with liver disease.
