See your urine to see if you are fine or weak

Urine has bubbles or bubbles, meaning you may have kidney disease. If it smells bad, you may have a urinary tract infection.

>>>Stool colors reveal your health

In ancient times doctors tasted urine to diagnose diabetes. If it tastes sweet, it means the body has not filtered all the sugar. Today we use much more advanced technology, however, at any given time, clear urine also helps predict your health status.

According to the doctor of medicine, Tomas Grielbling, vice-dean of the University of Kansas Urology: "Urine includes fluids and extracts from the body, which can indicate the state of the body." So watch your urine before flushing, and you need to pay attention if you notice one of the following 6 signs:

1. Dark yellow

It means your body is dehydrated. That may be easy to see. What you don't know is that even if your body is short of water for a short time - like during work or exercise - can also lead to serious kidney problems. According to Dr. Grielbling, when your body lacks water, your body will try to hold water so the urine becomes dense. Chemicals in the urine will be exposed to the kidney wall and may cause irritation, leading to infection or urinary incontinence. The most 'beautiful' urine is light yellow or transparent. Drink more water to improve if you have dark yellow urine.

2. Red

This means that there is blood in the urine, a disease called haematuria (blood in the urine) . According to Dr. Grielbling, you need to go check now. The cause may be due to injury, kidney disease or cancer, swelling or kidney infection and other causes.

3. Smelly urine

First, you need to check the food or drink you used as asparagus. Some people have enzymes that break down asparagus into a mixture that has a strong smell that is easily recognizable in 20 to 30 seconds after eating. So there are no worrisome issues. Coffee can also cause urine to smell, especially when you are dehydrated.

The bacteria that cause urinary tract infections (UTI) can also cause urine to smell bad. If there are signs of other urinary tract infections such as burning sensations when urination, fever or cloudy urine, seek medical attention immediately. You may need antibiotics to treat them.

4. Urine has bubbles or bubbles

That means you may have kidney disease . When the kidney functions are not working properly, it will not be able to filter out the protein in the urine. The protein then forms a foam layer when it comes to water in the toilet. You may be at risk for kidney disease if you have high blood pressure, diabetes or when your family member has the above diseases.

5. Urination many times, urinary incontinence

That means you can get prostate hypertrophy , also called benign prostate (BPH) . Prostate is located around the urethra through which the body excrete urine. When this gland enlarges, it will put pressure on the urethra and cause many changes in urine excretion. Repeated urination or urinary incontinence means you have to urinate more often and may not be able to control this, or have to wake up several times during the night to urinate.

According to Dr. Grielbling: 'Many people think that just drinking less water will improve the situation, but the fact that the lack of water also causes problems'. Prostate enlargement can also cause urination, making you always feel like urinating as soon as you finish. See your doctor right away if you notice any changes in your urine.

There are many treatments for this disease including Kegel, meditation and surgery if needed, or you can change your lifestyle, such as physical activity and limiting alcohol and coffee. In addition, your doctor may evaluate your current medication regimen, as some antihistamines and nasal decongestants may increase symptoms.

6. There is air coming out of the urine

It means that the bacteria in the kidneys may have produced gas, released when you urinate. If you show signs of urinary tract infection (UTI), see a doctor. You may also have a urinary tract leak, a hole in the kidney or between the kidney and rectum. You may also be at risk of having a urinary tract leak if you have a Croln disease history or inflammatory bowel disease and you may need surgery to treat it.
