How often does overdose use drugs?

  4. Hypothermia.

Emergency care for people who have fainted due to overdose

It is necessary to provide emergency assistance to the fainting person and call the support person to give first aid and invite the nearest medical staff or emergency unit.

  1. Detecting fainting people : People who have just finished injecting drugs are drowsy, dull and fall in love, faint.
  2. Watch if the person is breathing : by looking at his or her chest and abdomen moving up and down or not, or placing his or her hands on his or her abdomen and chest to see if it is moving.   3. Catch the pulse : Catch the pulse of the wrist, groin, carotid (in the neck) to see if the pulse is still present.

There are 3 situations to handle

Scenario 1: If the person faints while breathing, the circuit, handled as follows:

  1. Set on your side to avoid the vomit coming into the airway.

Situation 2: If breathing stops but the pulse, handle the following:

Stop checking every 3-5 minutes to see if the person can breathe on their own. If breathing on your own, switch to situation 1. In case of deterioration, loss of pulse must be handled according to situation 3.

Scenario 3: If the circuit is lost, handle the following:

  1. Step 1: Clear the airway
  2. Step 2: Make artificial respiration and squeeze the heart out of the chest: Place one hand on the center of the breastbone, the other hand on the perpendicular hand first, press down with the force of the body causing the chest to recede about 5cm, do so 70-90 times / 1 minute.
  3. If there are two people in the same emergency : the order this person blew once, the other person squeezes five times.
  4. If there is only one emergency person : the order blows twice and squeezes 15 times.

Note : Every minute check if the person breathes and has a pulse.
