HP unveiled PC touch screen
HP's world-leading PC maker yesterday (October 31) launched a new version of the HP TouchSmart IQ775 PC touchscreen desktop computer.
The HP TouchSmart IQ775 PC carries an impressive design with a large 19-inch touch screen display. Users can directly take notes on the screen to remind other family members. This is also the main goal of HP. The manufacturer wants TouchSmart to become the main information center in the family.
The product also has a number of built-in software to make full use of the touch screen functionality. For example, HP SmartCenter is software designed specifically for Windows Vista Home Premium for touch screen applications. This software creates a quick link between applications on your PC or allows users to schedule tasks through SmartCalendar.
TouchSmart IQ775 PC uses AMD Turion 64 X2 Dual-Core TL-52 processor chip and is equipped with 2GB DDR2 SDRAM, 320GB hard drive, DVD burner, NVIDIA GeForce Go 7600 256MB graphics card, 1.3-megapixel webcam, wireless keyboard, mouse . And cost about 1,599 USD.
