DataSlide said that the capacity of this HRD drive can range from 80GB to 2TB, the data transfer rate can reach 500MB / s and the reading feature records 160,000 IOPS, power consumption is not up to 4W, lower than HDD and SSD drives. At the same time the reliability of this type of hard drive is also higher than that of HDD and SSD, there are no problems like NAND memory chip abrasion and software compatibility.
