Hundreds of millions of butterflies create a picturesque scene

The video begins with an image of a forest where hundreds of millions of monarch butterflies are hibernating. They flew here from Canada to avoid the cold winter in the North. However, scientists still have not been able to explain how they can find the correct way to come here to winter each year.

Scientists used a robot shaped like a hummingbird to approach butterflies. When resting, butterflies gather together to keep warm. As winter ends, the sun begins to warm the delicate wings of the monarch butterfly. And when the temperature reaches about 10 degrees Celsius, the butterflies begin to fly. This scene only happens once a year but it makes many people come here surprised and delighted.
