Intel launched 3.46GHz Celeron D 360
Intel has officially launched the latest microprocessor chip in the Celeron D series to continue its efforts to expand its line of low-cost chips.
Some specifications of Celeron D 360 microprocessor chip are 3.46GHz, LGA775 processor clock, L2 512KB cache and 533MHz front-side bus. Intel Celeron D 360 also supports 64-bit processing and 'execute-disable bit'.
Intel 3.46GHz Celeron D 360 is manufactured on wire specialized in 65-nanometer technology.
The launch of Celeron D 360 is something that has been anticipated by experts, because the chip is still in the plan for its regular product upgrade.
However, Intel has not yet announced the price list for new Celeron D products. Expected 3.46GHz Celeron D 360 processor chip will be sold for $ 84.
Intel expects to cut around 14.5% of the price of Celeron D chip in October this year.
