'Internet businesses are responsible for blocking pirated NetPhone service!'
The Ministry of Post and Telematics Inspectorate has just asked enterprises (enterprises) Internet (OSP, ISP, IXP) to prevent unlawful Internet phone service provision.
Internet businesses include: Internet connection service provider - IXP, Internet access service provider - ISP and Internet application service provider - OSP. Enterprises will proactively detect, coordinate and process technical measures to prevent foreign websites and servers from providing pirated Internet services, regularly monitoring and updating the changes of addresses of pirated Internet phone service providers.

The ministry also prohibits OSP from providing pirated Internet calling software. The Ministry of Post and Telematics has sent all these enterprises a list of newly updated IP addresses and Internet domain names that are providing pirated Internet services (including those without servers located in Vietnam). At the same time, enterprises must deploy blocking IP addresses and Internet domain names according to this list.
Department of Post and Telecommunications of provinces and cities across the country will coordinate with functional agencies and how Internet companies strengthen inspection and checking the provision of Internet phone services at public agencies. Departments should regularly check the illegal Internet phone service business of establishments providing Internet phone cards and services in their localities to handle and strictly handle violations.
According to this statistic of the Ministry of Post and Telematics, the list of pirated cards being provided illegally in the market are: Avoiz, Net2Call, Wonder Voiz, E.Voiz, EUVoiz, Qvoiz, Mediaring, TopVoiz, HelloVoiz, MobileVoiz, Mediating, Ring-Voiz, Mekongvoice and USVoiz.
Currently, the Internet phone service market consists of 6 official providers: FPT Telecom, VDC, Saigon Postel, One-Connection, Netnam and Viettel.
