The Iran-Sat system consists of two receiving systems (unisean-36) for receiving satellite images (MODIS) and an image and satellite data reception system (EUMETCast) .
The receiving system (unisean-36) was put into use in May 2014 and is currently receiving images (MODIS) of Aqua and Terra satellites located in the EUMETCast satellite network, used in matching. meteorological work with European countries under the supervision of the European Space Agency.
