Japan shook because of the earthquake

AP on October 30 led sources from the Japan Meteorological Agency, saying that in Kagosima and Amani Islands, a magnitude 6.8 earthquake struck Japan.

In Japan, the magnitude of the earthquakes determined by the system is roughly equivalent to that of a richter earthquake, but taking into account the geological characteristics of the area where the earthquake occurs.

Therefore, according to information from the Japan Meteorological Agency, the earthquake in Kagosima and Amani Islands on October 30 is at level 4 according to the local calculation (equivalent to 6.8 richter). The town of this earthquake lies on the sea about 60 km from Oshima Island.

This was not the first earthquake in Japan in the past, but there had been another earthquake in the south of Honsu island but with a lower intensity (4 richter), so leaving serious consequences and there is no risk of tsunamis.

Japan is also one of the areas most affected by earthquakes and natural disasters. Every year the country suffers from nearly 20% of all earthquakes across our planet, with magnitudes of over 6 on the richter scale.
