Lack of sleep makes teenagers vulnerable to viral infections

A group of Laboratory researchers Sleep Research at Brown University (USA) conducted experiments on healthy teens but slept less than average or had erratic sleep hours. Results showed that they were more susceptible to viral diseases than others.
