Life in the eyes of myopia

'In high school, I was banned from wearing glasses, so every girl was beautiful. But after graduation, how disappointed I was! ', The poet Denvich, a friend of the poet Puskin once wrote. Denvich encountered this irony situation because his close eyes made him "look at the chicken and the nation" .

First of all, nearsighted people (of course, only without glasses) never see clearly the outer rings of the object . For them, everything has a very dim shape. A person has normal vision when it is possible to distinguish each leaf, separate tree branch in the sky. And my near-sighted people only see a blue block without a clear shape, fuzzy, like a strange figure.

Nearsighted people see other people's faces as younger and sexier, simply because they cannot see wrinkles and small scars. For them, raw red skin becomes a smooth pink.

Sometimes we are surprised to see someone guessing someone else's age is 10 years old. We marvel at his quirky aesthetic, even seeing him being impolite, staring at him with eyes. That's because when he doesn't wear glasses, he doesn't see you at all. In any case he doesn't see the things that you're sure he must see. Because, in front of him is a vague image, nothing special, so the next hour to meet again, he did not recognize you. People who are nearsighted realize that most people rely heavily on voice, not on external appearance.

At night, for nearsighted people, all bright objects such as street lights, indoor lights . all become immensely large, dark shadows without shape. They did not recognize the cars coming close, but only two bright areas (two car headlights), a dark block behind.

The night sky for nearsighted people is also different from ordinary people. They can only see the biggest stars. Therefore, it should have been thousands of stars they could only see a few hundred. Through their eyes, these stars are like giant bright spheres, and the moon is very big and close, the crescent moon is a very complex, bizarre shape.

The cause of all these phenomena is due to errors in the structure of myopia. Their eyes are so deep, that the rays that it receives emanate from each point on an object cannot be gathered in the right retina, but converge before the retina. Therefore, the light ray when it illuminates the retina at the bottom of the eye is already dispersed, so it only forms a very vague image on the retina.
