Manek said that when watching the sun, people received " nourishment " from it. However, scientists believe that looking directly at sunlight for a short period of time can cause blindness or eye damage. Most eye care experts recommend avoiding direct sunlight.
However, it is the study of the effect of " eating " sunshine for many years, according to Manek, looking at the sun at dawn or sunset is very good for health. People who practice this " self-photosynthesis " method often have a clearer, healthier mind both physically and mentally without spending a cent. Of course, this should only be done at safe times, ie about 30 minutes after sunrise and 30 minutes before sunset (some others do it at other times of the day).
He and a number of " gymnastics " proponents from the sun also said that for a long time, ancient Egyptians, Aztecs in Mexico, Mayans and Native American tribes practiced this method as Tibetan and Indian Yoga practice forms.
"Sunlight is able to provide the body with energy to perform essential functions. The food that we often use is just a secondary form of solar energy. there may be a mechanism to receive energy directly from the sun and store it for use when needed, " Manek explained.
Some research results also show that in people who regularly practice the sun-watching method, the energy absorption is higher and the appetite decreases.
On the page Pravda.ru also has a newspaper about another " sunshine " case, that is Mr. Nikolai Dolgoruky living in Ukraine's Dnepr region.
