Logitech introduced Blu-ray burner for Mac
While Blu-ray burners for Windows PCs have been on the market for a few months now, OS X seems to be forgotten. Logitech decided to fill that gap with an external burner LBD-A2FU2 / WM.
The first Blu-ray burner compatible with Mac, LBD-A2FU2 / WM supports DVD-RAM recording, DVD ± R / RW, dual-layer DVD ± R, CD-R / RW, and of course BD-R / BD-RE.
Devices that support both FireWire and USB 2.0 ports, will be available later this month, but at a price not as soft as other Blu-ray drives: 132,000 yen, or about $ 1,148.
