Long-lasting legacy with ancient Egypt

The ancient Egyptians were famous for many lasting legacies with time. Despite spending thousands of years of history with great human events or natural tragedies, these buildings still stand in the sky.

 

The Giza pyramid is one of the oldest surviving legacies of ancient Egypt. This magnificent architecture in the cluster of 3 pyramids was built as a tomb for Egyptian pharaoh Khufu. At first, the Giza pyramid had a height of 147m. Over the centuries and erosion by sun and rain, this wonder is now only 139m away.

According to experts, the Giza pyramid turned to the correct point of the North Pole of the Earth. This is the most accurate work towards the North Pole than any other work in the world.

 

The famous Sphinx of ancient Egyptian civilization. This architecture has a length of 73.5m, a width of 19.3m and a height of 20.22m. It was built under the pharaoh Khafra dynasty. In the Egyptian and Greek legends, the lion's creature, this person often appears in ancient buildings such as temples and pyramids with the task of guarding and protecting.

The first part of the Sphinx is a male, symbolizing strength and wisdom. Many experts agreed that the face of the Sphinx has the closest features to the face of pharaoh Khafre.

Kamak temple

Karnak is considered the most important temple in the ancient temple complex of the tomb of Egypt in the ancient city of Luxor. The temple of Amun-Ree sun god (Arab Ree is the sun), Karnak is Egypt's largest temple complex that still exists today.

Located east of the Nile, Karnak temple was built between 1580 and 1160 BC. This huge building was built not only during a pharaoh but completed by nearly 30 Egyptian kings. After completion of the construction process, the Karnak temple is a place of worship for Egyptian pharaohs for nearly 2,000 years.
