Rainbow Canyon is a narrow ravine located near the town of Nuweiba, on the Sinai Peninsula, Egypt. The canyon was formed by erosion millions of years ago, when the area was submerged under the ocean.

It is nearly 800m long and has walls 40m high on both sides. The sandstone walls are stained with a range of colors from dark brown, red to straw yellow, due to the presence of magnesium and iron oxides. The gorge is just over a meter wide in some sections, sometimes blocked by falling rocks, visitors have to climb over.
