Massaging the balm

Facial massage is a simple, easy-to-do method, takes less time to be inexpensive to have beautiful, smooth skin. Regularly, the skin will be bright pink and no wrinkles will be present, which will help the spring to last longer.
Before massaging, clean your face, use a lotion that is suitable for your skin.
Step 1: Massage after applying a thin layer of cream on the face, take 4 fingers on the forehead area for about 1-2 minutes then swipe from the forehead to the 2 sides of the temple, stroking 10-15 times.
Step 2: Rub the eyebrows and eyes. Use your index finger to squeeze from the eyebrows to the eyebrows, then combine with the thumb pinning the eyebrows up about 1 minute. The acupressure seal (eyebrow head), acupressure point (concave between two eyebrows), acupuncture points (eyebrow tail) every 30 seconds. Close your eyes, use your index finger lightly on both eye holes and two temples.
Step 3: Massage the nose area. Using the middle finger to swipe from the nose to the base of the nose and then down again, gently squeeze the nostrils. Day acupuncture points (side of the nose) 1-2 minutes.
Step 4: Rub the cheek area. Use the palms to rub the sides of the cheeks, rub to the sides, the fingers and press lightly on the acupuncture points (under the cheekbones), the distal acupuncture points (jaw angle), rubbing the skin several times to make the skin stretch and smooth.
Step 5: Massage the chin area. Use the palm of your hand to rub all from right to left and vice versa, gently squeeze and then place the left over point (between the chin).
Step 6: After rubbing the face, use the palms to rub under the jaw and the sides of the neck, making the neck skin tense and not stagnant under the chin.
After that, you should wash your face with warm water, dry it with a light soaked towel, to avoid scratching the skin.
Along with facial massage methods, to keep your skin always shiny and fresh, you can combine washing your face with water every day because rice bran with rice bran contains lots of vitamins, making skin white and clean, natural fat film. How to use: When washing rice, decant the water for a while to settle, remove the clear water for washing, then rinse with warm water to clean. Once washed, do not use old rice water because the vitamins and minerals have decomposed and evaporated. If you do it often, you will have a great skin.
