This is the first time Bill Gates came to Vietnam and as you can see, Bill Gates only had one day to visit and work in Vietnam, with a tight schedule, from working with the Vietnamese government, exchanging with Vietnamese students and working with partners present in Vietnam. However Bill Gates has a very strong impression on the Vietnamese market. Impressive not only because of what Vietnam is doing but also impressive about the opportunities that the Vietnamese market will have and will achieve in the future.

After leaving Bill Gates, there are also three tips for the Vietnamese market: the Vietnamese market needs to focus more on developing education; Vietnam must build an IT infrastructure and rely on it to develop a standard for IT in the future. The third advice Bill Gates offers to Vietnamese students. Young Vietnamese people need to improve their knowledge and communication skills in English. It is the basic means for you to interact with the world when Vietnam has become a member of WTO.

I have known that you have been in Vietnam for 2 years now. And he must have made his own judgments about Vietnam's IT market. Could you please share your comments on Vietnam's IT market, about the development speed of Vietnam's IT background in the past time?

After 2 years working in Vietnam market, I realize that Vietnam has made remarkable changes. Just the year before next year, I have seen Vietnam and Vietnam's IT background change drastically. I think that such rapid change is thanks to your government having a very definite vision, a very right direction for technology. After many contacts with the Vietnamese government, I realized that the Government of Vietnam considered IT development as a spearhead for economic development. I think it is a good thing because your government is well aware of this issue.

Another special thing that I would like to share is the fact that in July 2006, the Government of Vietnam launched the intellectual property law. I think this is a big turning point for Vietnam as the Vietnamese government has appreciated and appreciated the necessity of respecting copyright. I think you are on the right track and you will gain benefits later.

So in 2007, what kind of specific plans does Microsoft have in Vietnam and can you tell us more about those plans and plans for TV viewers?

We will continue to work closely with the government to be able to support the government in developing the country's IT platform, especially the development of the country's software industry. With domestic partners and businesses, our desire is to bring Microsoft technology to you, helping your businesses become more competitive and helping you achieve. Its business efficiency more. Our biggest goal is how to shorten the digital divide between urban and rural areas. Currently Vietnam is a very potential country and with this speed, you can become a country with the fastest growing IT in Asia - Pacific.

Yes, thank you very much for this interesting conversation!
