After 2 years working in Vietnam market, I realize that Vietnam has made remarkable changes. Just the year before next year, I have seen Vietnam and Vietnam's IT background change drastically. I think that such rapid change is thanks to your government having a very definite vision, a very right direction for technology. After many contacts with the Vietnamese government, I realized that the Government of Vietnam considered IT development as a spearhead for economic development. I think it is a good thing because your government is well aware of this issue.

Another special thing that I would like to share is the fact that in July 2006, the Government of Vietnam launched the intellectual property law. I think this is a big turning point for Vietnam as the Vietnamese government has appreciated and appreciated the necessity of respecting copyright.
