According to Microsoft, Exchange Server 2007 Beta 2 has fully integrated features that will appear in the final version. This test is also more stable than Beta 1 and added many new features, including management and mobile features.

Exchange Server 2007 Beta 2 also has technologies only for enterprise security communication and compatibility factors. The application also allows access to e-mail, voice mail, calendars and contact books from various mobile applications and mobile devices.

Microsoft has significantly improved features for mobile users in Exchange Server this time, such as better e-mail search capabilities. Microsoft also released a test version of the anti-virus and spam removal tool for Exchange Server 2007, Forefront Security for Exchange. This product will be the next version of the Microsoft Antigen for Exchange application, which was launched in June. The Antigen name is derived from Sybari Software Inc., which was acquired by Microsoft in early 2005. The products will later come with a new security brand - Forefront.
