These changes seem to add to the threat from companies that provide web-based software for jobs that are often taken care of by Microsoft's broad applications. Macro reforms to help the company make quick decisions.
In general, Microsoft is rearranging its employees. They currently have about 70,000 employees worldwide compared to 63,000 in September last year. Recently, they also announced a number of new benefits for workers such as strengthening child care and improving the quality of food at cafeterias.
