As planned, November 14 Microsoft will release Zune service package along with mobile music devices of the same name. Users no longer need MSN Music but instead can buy albums or learn music through Zune and RealNetworks services, Real Rhapsody.

Microsoft's support program on RealNetworks follows the antitrust contract worth $ 760 million published a year ago between the two companies.

" In order to enhance multi-function music download service, we decided to create Zune Marketplace, a complete unified music download program with a combination of both of us " - Rob Bennett, chapter manager Microsoft's entertainment and video services program said. " Specifically, on November 14, MSN Music will end its role of supporting music download. You can totally use the new service with more advanced features ."

Microsoft is borrowing the Apple computer playbook program. Apple is currently the leader in online music with the popular handy iPod device. Analysts say the music player is being tightly integrated with Apple's iTunes music storage device.
