Ministry of Science and Technology announces new logo
Logo with a model of atomic nucleus, typical for scientific research and gear formation, represents technology.
This morning, the Ministry of Science and Technology announced the results of the logo design contest for use in domestic and foreign transaction and administrative activities, hanging at work, shrinking on packaging, and transaction data, used to show commemorative products such as badges, reliefs . in preparation for activities to celebrate 50 years of science and technology in Vietnam (1959-2009).
After more than 2 months of launch, the contest received 110 works by 52 authors from many regions across the country, even from the Netherlands and Korea. Through 3 independent dots, the jury is a prestigious expert in the fine arts and painting industry that has selected 4 works to meet the Ministry's requirements.

The first prize-winning work of painter Ho Sy Khai (HCMC) was chosen as a new symbol of the Ministry of Science and Technology. The organizers have registered intellectual property for this logo template.
In addition to the first prize, the Organizing Committee also awarded 3 Third prizes (without second prize) to painters, designers Nguyen Phuoc Duc (HCMC), painter Nguyen Duy Lam (Hanoi), former Vice-Chancellor of the Fine Arts University. Hanoi industry and painter Nguyen Cong Quang, Department of Cultural Culture, Ministry of Culture - Sports and Tourism.
According to Deputy Minister Nguyen Quan, this new logo clearly shows two parts of science and technology of the Ministry: the model of atomic nucleus, typical for scientific research, and the shape of gears, symbolizing technology . Starting today, the Ministry will put this logo into use.
