That's the oddity of the Spengleri turtle (Geoemyda
spengleri), also called Tam Dao tortoise or golden turtle.

This turtle lives in the mountainous areas of northern Vietnam such as Lao Cai, Tuyen Quang and Vinh Phuc (Tam Dao National Park) Bac Giang and Son La to Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Da Nang and Quang Nam.
