While many people claim that the Ica stones are fake, Dr. Dennis Swift, an archaeologist at the University of New Mexico, USA, writes a book titled "Secrets of Ica rock and Nazca drawings. ", which provides evidence that Ica stones date back to pre-Columbian times.
According to Swift, in the 1960s, scientists believed that dinosaurs dragged their tails as they walked, while the stone described dinosaurs rising up.This is one of the reasons they are considered fake and inaccurate. But later studies show that dinosaurs prick up their tail when walking, like described on a rock.(Photo: Graham Hancock).

Scientists do not know the origin of the stones yet, but Cabrera believes that the ancients created them to store knowledge and pass on to the next generation.
According to Cabrera, a civilization that once existed in the Ica region has advanced knowledge of astronomy, physics and medicine. They disappeared after the Great Flood destroyed almost everything on Earth.(Photo: Eugenia Cabrera).
