Mysterious creatures like the black panther appear near the British campsite

A family recorded a large, black leopard-like creature prowling at the famous campsite in Somerset, southwestern England.

A 32-year-old woman and 14-year-old daughter saw a black leopard-like creature hovering in the grass in front of her. At that time, they were playing at the famous campsite in Quantock Hills, Somerset, southwest England, according to Sun.

The mother points the camera at the creature and zooms in to get a close-up image. It has a large head, a long tail and a lot of muscles that rise in the legs. As soon as the mother took her eyes off the camera, this strange creature disappeared. The mother and daughter realized that they had taken a picture of a strange creature.

The photo was sent to BeastWatch, a non-profit organization that collects reports on wild animals. The members put forward many theories, assuming it could be two dogs standing side by side, a bear, boar male or horse. But many agree that this strange creature is like a big cat, maybe a black leopard or a jaguar.

Somerset police said they have received 13 reports of sightings of large cats, including black newspapers and lions only last year.
