NASA spent $ 12 million on studying global warming

Global climate conditions warm up, leading to great impacts on the weather. Great storms that are abnormal happen to affect the lives of millions of unforeseen harmful people. And scientists at NASA's Aerospace Center are trying to apply all the latest technologies to explain the impact of global warming on storms.

By combining data obtained from ground-based observations, hot air balloons, on planes and from satellites, scientists have been able to build a three-dimensional model of the bouts storm.

"NASA wants to understand why some weather states have developed into big storms, while others are very simple," said Pedro Leon, director of the US National Center for High Technology . Understanding this operating mechanism we will avoid many threats. "

A special research team called TC4 was created to help NASA identify the main causes of weather changes, global warming and ozone layer destruction. TC4 team with more than 400 experts used 7 special NASA satellites and 3 specially equipped aircraft.

The TC4 group has focused on studying the formation of clouds, their types of clouds, their chemical composition, thus building more accurate storm predictions.

Dr. Brian Toon, scientist in the TC4 research project, said: "We not only want to see the color and magnitude of the clouds we need to discover which chemical elements are inside, We will let the aircraft measure this data and compare it with the color of the cloud that the satellite captures, many times, we will predict the trend of the crowd. clouds and guess whether they will form a storm ".

Only in the first phase, people have funded 12 million USD for this project. However, if the project is successful and people understand more about the mechanisms of storms, the benefits of the project can hardly be calculated.
