The first is to strengthen cooperation and action coordination between environmental and health agencies, especially at the local level.

The third is to quickly build and develop a system to monitor, monitor, evaluate, statistics and synthesize the negative effects of environmental factors on people's health.

Fourthly, there are measures to minimize harmful impacts caused by pollution and environmental degradation.
