NetBSD 3.0, an open-source version of the OS upgrade

Finally, the latest comprehensive upgrade to the NetBSD open source operating system has also been issued - NetBSD 3.0, which enhances compatibility with virtual private network (VPN) gateways.

NetBSD 3.0 version was announced last week and is considered the best choice for gateway VPN, with impressive performance, than the previous version.

NetBSD 3.0 also supports Intel's SpeedStep technology, enabling laptop users to maximize battery savings by adjusting the processor's power consumption and core operating frequency.
