New storm appeared on the East Sea
Currently, a storm is operating in the waters off Central Philippines and has an international name as Kalmaegi.
At 13:00 on September 12, the location of the center of the storm is about 13.7 degrees north latitude; 130.8 degrees east longitude, about 730km east of the central coast of the Philippines. In the next 24 to 48 hours, the storm moves in the West-Northwest direction, about 15 to 20 km per hour and continues to increase. By 13:00 on September 14, the location of the center of the storm was about 16.7 degrees north latitude; 123.3 degrees east longitude, on the eastern sea of Lu Dong island (Philippines). The strongest wind is in the area near the center of strong storm level 9, level 10 (ie from 75 to 102 km an hour), level 11 and level 12 jerks.
In the next 48 to 72 hours, the storm moved in the direction between the Northwestern Northwest and the Northwest, about 15 to 20km each hour.
