Storm No. 15 has not melted, near the East Sea, a new storm appears

Early this morning, December 21, another tropical depression in the waters off the eastern coast of the south of the Philippines became a strong storm and the international name was Tembin.

In the next 48 to 60 hours, the tropical depression continued to move mainly in the West-South-West direction, 20km per hour and further weakened.
