Having been the mother of two children, Amanda Ellerton did not allow the third child to be very big. But he weighed 6.6 kg of fruit, causing both the birth room and the midwives to be excited.

After 6 hours of struggling with 4 midwives, the boy named Shaun was born twice as heavy as a normal baby at a hospital in England.

"I don't know why it's so hard to come up with," said Ellerton, her mother, speaking after birth a week ago. "When the baby's head started out, I saw the surprise on everyone's face. It was painful, but it was also worth a great pleasure."

The previous children of Ellerton had normal birth weight, all under 4kg. Mothers this time often give birth and take up to 3 liters of blood. She said it was only when the baby was born how suddenly both mother and son were in a dangerous situation. She said if she knew the baby was so big, she asked for a Caesarean section.

A midwife said almost the whole hospital came to see the baby. The clothes that the parents bought beforehand could not be used, and the father rushed to the street to buy 6-month-old items.
