Opening the international scientific conference on physics in Quy Nhon

On the morning of April 21, at the International Center for Scientific and Interdisciplinary Education (ICISE) in Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh Province, the opening ceremony of the international scientific conference on physics with the theme 'Science planet outside the Solar System '.

The conference was chaired by Professor Michel Mayor, with the participation of 70 international and Vietnamese scientists from 20 countries and territories.

This is one of the activities in the framework of the 10th Vietnam Meeting organized by Vietnam Meeting and Binh Dinh People's Committee.

During the opening session of the international scientific conference 'Science of Planets outside the Solar System' , Professor Michel Mayor presented the scientific report 'Other Worlds in the Universe'.

Thereby introducing the model of the formation of planets, discoveries of exoplanets, the diversity of planetary systems, the way of observing planets and technologies to observe, find Search for planets outside the Solar System and search for life on extraterrestrial planets . The conference will end on April 26.
