The 36th National Conference on Theoretical Physics

In the morning of August 1, in Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh Province, Center for Theoretical Physics, Institute of Physics in collaboration with Quy Nhon University, organized the 36th national theoretical physics conference.

The conference was attended by 193 delegates, leading professors and doctors of domestic and foreign universities and colleges.

In particular, this conference has 8 foreign participants, including 4 professors from Bogoliubov laboratory (under the Russian Nuclear Research Institute).

The conference mainly revolved around 6 main topics in the fields of high energy physics, elementary particles, nuclear, astronomy; physical solidification, low dimensional systems, nanostructures; statistical physics, crystal, metal, alloy; quantum physics, quantum optics, quantum information; physical calculations, simulation and modeling; physics of soft materials and other fields.

During this conference, professors and doctors will present more than 131 reports.

The National Conference of Theoretical Physics is a scientific activity held annually to summarize and present the research results of individuals and scientific collectives on the development trends of theoretical physics. as related fields in the past year both at home and abroad.

In addition to the achievements, physics in general and theoretical physics in particular are still facing big questions that have not been answered on issues such as high energy physics; neutrino physics; the attempt to unify quantum mechanics in general relativity to become a unified theory, quantum gravity theory . will be a challenge for scientists in the future.
