OS X 10.4.4 - Upgrade for Mac users
The latest version of MacOS X 10.4.4 has been introduced today at MACWORLD. Users can download it at Apple's website to update the patch as well as enhance the processing capability for this X Tiger version 10.4.
Apple recommends that users download and update this version 10.4.4 with additional features such as:
- SMB / CIFS and NFS network file services
- Wireless Bluetooth access
- Multiply graphics, multiply sounds, multiply images, support RAW files including updating drivers of ATI and nVidia graphics cards
- Spotlight and search index
- Update AppleScript, iChat, DVD Player and Safari applications
- Dashboard widget: Calendar and Stocks
- Update software and Sync service
- Compatible with USB and FireWire devices as well as third-party applications
- Updated more than 120 security bugs discovered in previous versions
All in one, bugs and updates in version 10.4.3 are integrated into the number of upgrades and improvements to nearly 500. Apple is still on the way to developing the operating system dedicated to the Their hard and quiet competition with Windows 'giants' when the number of security bugs in this Microsoft operating system is increasingly discovered and exploited more.
