The new method will bring light to millions of people around the world.

Italian scientists have invented a new way to restore sight. It is a 'polime' patch (biopolymer) that attaches to the cornea for people who are blind or have very bad eyesight due to a damaged cornea. Now to do this, people can only use the cornea of donors, sudden death or sudden death by accident to transplant patients.

Poliophenic corneal polymer biotech implant studies have produced very good results. Polithiophen is a polymeric compound containing sulfur and carbon, good electrical conductivity and is used primarily as components in electronic devices.

The experiment showed that polymer films can react with light due to its photoelectric properties. Scientists have elaborately studied these membranes and turned them to match the currents of the corneal nerve impulse. Therefore it can be used to replace parts of damaged cornea.

Technology is being perfected. If applied on a large scale, it will bring light to millions of blind people in the world.
