The team found that if people recall feeling satisfied and satisfied during the last meal they just ate, they would eat less during the next meal.

Meanwhile, people who are distracted while they are eating will eat more during the current meal and eat more during the next meal.

Distracted meals can be watching TV, listening to music or reading books at the dining table.

This finding could be further developed and applied to people who want to lose weight, maintain weight and control calorie intake.

The study was published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.
