Patent student of vibration alarm
Remote shock alarms for tripping and collision alarms for the elderly, disabled, pregnant women, remote theft alarms, traffic accidents, traffic warning or outages .
The above product of Huynh Khai Dung, a student of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technical Education has just won a prize in the Youth Innovation Contest in HCMC 2010.
From her grandmother (92 years old) stumbled two years ago but no one was at home, Khai Dung had the idea of making an elderly surveillance machine with on-site alarm function.
The machine consists of 2 parts: Mobile part and fixed part.
Remote tremor alarm
The mobile part is a vibration sensor device that is mounted on the object, where the vibration is determined. When the impact on the mobile part exceeds the permitted level, the mobile part will broadcast the radio signal for the fixed part.
The fixed part has the function of receiving radio signal from the mobile part and controlling the alarm devices by sound and light.
When a person who has a malfunction, a telephone network or a mobile phone pre-installed in the fixed part, automatically calls to the phone numbers to be alerted / rescued. Through the phone signal, the person receiving the call will know the alarm and be able to work out a solution.
Huynh Khai Dung said, in the near future, products will be mass-produced and served the community.
In order to ensure the price is suitable for the demand, the product will be divided into 2 categories: short range alarm and long range alarm.
Short range type only alarms near range (indoor use) with sirens without positioning and alarm function via phone. Price is about 150,000 VND.
Long-range alarms can be alarmed at any range, with location and alarm functions via the phone at a cost of about VND 450,000.
