Podul storm landed in Quang Binh

This morning (August 30), after moving to the mainland of Ha Tinh and Quang Binh provinces, typhoon No. 4 weakened into a tropical depression.

At 04:00 on August 30 , the location of the tropical depression was about 17.6 degrees North; 106.1 degrees Kinh Dong, on the mainland to the west of Quang Binh province. The storm weakened into a tropical depression after landing in Ha Tinh and Quang Binh provinces.

By 16:00 on August 30, the center of the low pressure area is about 17.7 degrees North; 104.0 degrees east, on the border of Laos-Thailand. The strongest wind near the center of the low pressure area drops below level 6 (below 40 km / h).
