According to ABC News, albino cobra is said to appear in Thousand Oaks city for many days, however, it has not been determined how long it has been here and from where. The snake was determined by a local resident after it attacked his dog.
"This is a very poisonous and dangerous snake, so local people need protection and avoid access to it for any reason," an official said. Activities of finding and catching this snake are underway to ensure safety for the people.
The search team is concentrated in the surrounding areas around the area where the dog was attacked. According to experts, cobra works most in the morning and even at night.
Albino cobra does not originate from California. Here, owning a cobra without a license is considered illegal. This snake usually lives in areas of Southeast Asia and can grow over a meter in length.
