After downloading and installing, run the program. You select the drive containing the file to be recovered. Then select the type of recovery file. Press the black Play button to start the program. Note: The program only works after you have just lost the image, and you have not copied any files to the hard drive containing the lost file, as it can overwrite old sectors causing difficulties in file recovery. Good luck.
