Samsung SDI develops new 3D technology
Samsung SDI has said it has developed a new technology that allows 3D images to be displayed on mobile phones and other devices.

Samsung SDI also said it was the first company to develop a type of screen called " matrix organic light-emitting diode monitor - AMOLED ".
The new product has a faster display of 3D images than existing liquid crystal display (LCD) displays. The new, 4.3-inch wide AMOLED display has been designed to be perfect for mobile phones by Samsung SDI, ensuring the highest resolution in the world today for 3D images.
Samsung SDI also said it is developing similar 3D technology for laptops and TVs. " In the next 10 years, most flat panel displays are equipped with 3D technology ," said Chung Ho-Kyoon, executive vice president of Samsung SDI.
