The latest statistics on the survey of more than 300 office workers in the US by Market Research Firm Nucleus Research & KnowledgeStorm show that 1 out of 3 office workers has 1 person write the computer password on paper and ignore security policies of the business.

Employees follow the habit of writing the password they are given on a piece of paper or a file saved directly on their PC or mobile device.

Nucleus Research's survey also found that simple login systems are sometimes more effective than many complex systems.
