Self-driving yesterday appeared on the streets of Japan for the first time, expected to reduce accidents involving the elderly.

Automated steering gear can serve elderly people in Japan , who live in remote areas and restrict access to public transport. Automated cars are expected to help reduce old-age road accidents.
Kanazawa University experts are working with the city government to facilitate this campaign.
