Exciting and outstanding party will help you cut your risk of heart failure or stroke.

A 30-year study at Chicago Northwestern University, USA, shows shy men will increase their risk of dying from a heart attack by 50%, compared to those who are lively and lively.

Researchers tracked the health of more than 2,000 middle-aged men over three decades, until 60% of them died. Participants responded to a personality questionnaire as soon as the study began.

The group of the most shy people is 50% more likely to die from a heart attack or stroke compared to the ad group. There is no relation to other risk factors such as smoking, alcohol consumption or obesity. This excludes the possibility that people with less communication may die because of poor health or lack of mobility.

Whereas personality C, covering up emotions, increases the risk of cancer. The last group D, pessimistic people with less confidence, are more likely to suffer from heart attack and stroke.

Dr. Eric Brunner, an anthropologist at University College London, UK, said he also conducted a similar study and found an association between low social status and poor health.

He said that feeling of inferiority in society - leading to shyness - can create changes that are not conducive to lifestyle and behavior, even disturbing the hormonal balance in the body.
