For shoes

Choose the right socks (socks)

Fabrics such as nylon make your feet free of sweat and become moist. So, you should choose natural fabrics like cotton. And if you tend to sweat more than the average person, bring a pair of spare socks over and change it in the middle of the day.

Use powder

No need to buy expensive deodorant or spray bottle. Just sprinkle corn flour or baby chalk into shoes to absorb moisture. You don't need to wait until the powder is effective. It's okay to just walk in and go!
